Where to eat:
Explore the flavors of the countryside and the river.
During lamprey season, between January and April, lamprey rice is one of the most sought-after dishes in the national gastronomic scene.
We also recommend trying fried eels, fried shad, and other river fish, as well as poultry dishes, with roasted or cabidela duck, and sardines on a tile, accompanied by essential broa bread.
